Name Origin: | The first release of this mold was as Rex, the Rearing Stallion. The nickname “Rex” was dropped in 1967. He was always small and never really fit in with the regular Breyer line. When the Classic series came out in 1973 we discovered he fit in perfectly as a Classic. |
